• Strategic Sales Leadership & Growth: Drive significant revenue growth, including developing new markets and launching new products
• The role involves strategic sales planning, sales forecasting, and overall business growth and profitability improvement
• Technical fluency in associated fittings like OPGW, spacer dampers, insulators, and substation clamps is highly implied and a key requirement
• The role requires managing long-term service agreements and handling the full deal cycle from inquiry to order
• Tendering and Commercial Management: Manage sales and tendering operations, including preparing techno-commercial offers and pre-bid cash flow analyses
