About the role

In APAC, we are building a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-obsessed sales organisation focused on accelerating growth across the region. We operate with a strong sense of ownership, ambition, and teamwork—partnering closely across Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
• Drive consistent achievement of revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewals
• Partner with the VP of Sales, APAC to execute regional GTM strategy and identify growth opportunities in India and South Asia
• Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline through outbound, inbound, and product-led motions
• Act as a player-coach, supporting reps in strategic deals, deal progression, and executive conversations
