Head of Sales (Industrial Manufacturing, 15+ years, Gurgaon)

About the role

The key responsibilities of the role are - Lead the pan-India sales, managing geographically dispersed teams and driving customer proximity across multiple locations. Proven National Sales Head with experience leading large, pan-India sales organizations and delivering results at a national scale. Demonstrated success in leading distributed teams across multiple locations, with the ability to build customer-centric sales organizations.

What you'll do

• Own and grow revenue through a multi-channel sales model, including direct B2B sales, dealer networks, agents, online channels, and pickup sales
• Develop and execute national sales strategy across all business pillars while maintaining market leadership and profitable growth
• Collaborate within a global matrix organization, aligning India operations with global business pillar heads and functional leadership teams
• Drive channel effectiveness and customer engagement, ensuring strong distributor/dealer performance and expansion of market reach
• Provide senior leadership to the India business, partnering closely with the Managing Director and leading commercial execution for a ~€40M business
