About the role

The HOS will provide visionary leadership to strengthen academic excellence, ensure compliance with international standards, foster a positive school culture, and enhance the school’s reputation locally and globally.

What you'll do

• Ensure effective implementation of IB (KG & PYP) and Cambridge (Lower Secondary, IGCSE,AS/A Levels) programmes with a focus on academic rigor, holistic learning
• Set clear academic goals and drive improvement in internal assessments and external examinations. Regularly review curriculum implementation, teaching strategies
• Guide and support Academic Coordinators and faculty to foster collaborative planning, innovation, and professional growth
• Implement structured performance appraisal systems and professional development initiatives
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture focused on well-being and teamwork
