Head of Strategy and Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Strategic Finance to drive Zolve’s financial vision and strategic roadmap. This is a leadership role at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy — responsible for ensuring capital efficiency, profitability, and data-driven growth while partnering closely with the founders and leadership team.

What you'll do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A) , ensuring accurate budgeting, scenario modeling, and data-driven insights to guide business decisions
• Partner with business, product, and growth teams to monitor unit economics, profitability, and ROI , enabling informed strategic decisions
• Lead strategic projects , including new product evaluation, cross-border expansion, investment analysis, and potential M&A opportunities
• Manage investor relations and board reporting , translating financial data into actionable insights and coherent narratives
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance and strategy team, fostering a culture of ownership, analytical rigor, and collaboration
