Head of Strategy

About the role

The Head of Strategy & Investor Relations will lead the development and execution of the company's corporate strategy while building and managing relationships with investors, analysts, lenders, and other key stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and macroeconomic analyses to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks
• Partner with business leaders to define strategic priorities and translate them into actionable initiatives
• Drive annual strategic planning and operating plan alignment across business units
• Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy to strengthen market confidence and shareholder engagement
• Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, equity analysts, rating agencies, and financial institutions

What you need

• Investment banking
