About the role

The Supply Chain Head role exists to lead and integrate supply chain and purchase functions, excluding commercial order fulfilment. This strategic leadership position will build and operate an integrated supply chain system across the group, encompassing demand/supply planning, procurement, vendor and CMO development, inventory, warehousing, and dispatch.

What you'll do

• Establish and drive S&OP and demand/supply planning processes aligned with commercial forecasts and manufacturing capacity
• Translate demand into procurement, production, inventory, and dispatch plans with clear accountability
• Lead Purchase and strategic sourcing, including new vendor identification, development, and vendor performance governance
• Develop new CMO partners ensuring supply continuity, quality, cost efficiency, and capacity requirements are met
• Set inventory norms to improve material and product availability while controlling working capital and obsolescence
