About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Trade & Generic Marketing Sales to lead and drive our trade and generics marketing and sales initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing key accounts across trade channels, and expanding the generic portfolio's market share.

What you'll do

  • Define and implement sales and marketing strategies for trade and generic product
  • Drive volume and revenue growth through effective distribution, trade promotions, and brand positioning
  • Lead and manage a national/regional sales team including ZSMs, RSMs, and field force
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and incentive plans
  • Build strong relationships with wholesalers, stockists, retail chains, and distribution
