About the role

This role goes beyond content creation—you will be responsible for building a content-to-growth and revenue engine , driving audience growth, paid conversions, monetization, and overall business performance. You will work at the intersection of content, growth, product, marketing, and business , using audience insights and data to create scalable strategies that translate into measurable revenue and ROI.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end YouTube business, from views and subscribers to conversions, revenue, and P&L
• Build and optimize content-to-conversion funnels to drive qualified leads and paid user growth
• Drive revenue growth and continuously improve ROI on content investments
• Own and improve key YouTube metrics including CTR, watch time, retention, engagement, subscriber growth, and conversions
• Lead experimentation across thumbnails, hooks, formats, topics, CTAs, publishing cadence, and content distribution
