Head - Organizational Development, Transformation & HR

About the role

A strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Co-founders and Directors, responsible for building a scalable organisation by aligning business strategy, leadership, people, structure and processes. This is an enterprise transformation role with HR as a key pillar-not a traditional HR operations position.

What you'll do

• Partner with Co-founders and Directors to drive organisational growth, restructuring and transformation aligned with business expansion
• Align business objectives with organisational structure, leadership accountability and cross-functional execution
• Lead organisation design, workforce planning, role restructuring and operating model redesign to improve scalability and productivity
• Redesign business processes, SOPs and governance frameworks to eliminate bottlenecks and improve execution
• Build leadership capability through performance management, succession planning and learning interventions
