Represent the organization at industry forums, VC events, and agritech conferences A successful Head Partnerships & Alliances should have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Technology, or a related discipline; MBA preferred Proven ability to assess startups on commercial, financial, and cultural fit parameters

Define and execute a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy aligned to business growth
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology partners across agritech, deep-tech, and innovation ecosystems
Maintain an active view of the Indian and global agritech landscape, including startups, funding trends, and technologies
