Responsible for product management for Microfinance business and process compliance and Customer service function Developed the product and policy and played key role in setting up the sales, credit and operations team for Microfinance business Loan product Designing marketing and product level initiatives. & drive critical project initiatives which would facilitate achievement of business objectives

What you'll do

• Responsible for product management for Microfinance business and process compliance and Customer service function
• Designing marketing and product level initiatives. & drive critical project initiatives which would facilitate achievement of business objectives
• Managing product & policy for individual loan product, targeted at both graduated JLG and open-market customers with existing businesses
• Identify the product gap, conduct research on the product idea, test the viability of the product, develop the infrastructure required to launch the product
• Identifying and providing inputs for building technology roadmap for microfinance business
