Head Projects and Facilities - Industrial Projects

About the role

Align project initiatives with business growth plans and strategic objectives. Promote best-in-class EHS standards across all project sites. PMP or equivalent Project Management certification will be an added advantage. 15-20+ years of experience in Manufacturing Project Management and Facilities Leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead & Manage Capital Projects, Facilities, Infrastructure Development
• Drive productivity improvement, capability enhancement, and cost optimization initiatives
• Manage plant expansions, modernization, and capacity enhancement initiatives
• Ensure timely commissioning and smooth operational handover
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans
