What you'll do

• Support and organize Quality Internal Auditors’ training to ensure continual staff of trained internal auditors
• Ensuring the compliance of all the functions as per the IATF 16949 standard requirements through
• Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the competency
• Manage, coach and develop a high performing Quality team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality system, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
