Head, Regulatory Reporting Technology

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global Regulatory Reporting Technology team, driving the end-to-end technology solutions that underpin our Markets regulatory reporting framework. This role involves full accountability for the technology strategy, architecture, and lifecycle management of key regulatory reporting platforms including FM-SHARK, FM_REG_RECON, ORCID, Reporting Lake, SUPDASHBOARD, TRACK, and UTI Services.

• Deliver trusted, timely operational and regulatory insights with clarity on metrics, data lineage
• Drive technology modernisation initiatives focused on reducing manual intervention, integrating systems
• Lead efforts to embed self-service reporting, AI-enabled analytics, and natural language query capabilities while ensuring robust governance and security
