About the role

We are seeking an experienced Research Head to lead and strengthen the organization's research capabilities across multiple asset classes. The incumbent will be responsible for driving research strategy, managing research teams, delivering high-quality market insights, and supporting trading, investment, and business decisions through actionable research.

What you'll do

• Research Strategy & Leadership
• Lead and manage the research function across equities, commodities, and other relevant asset classes
• Develop and execute the overall research strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of research analysts
• Market Research & Analysis

What you need

• 12–18 yrs of experience
• Research
• Financial modelling
• Equity research
• Stakeholder management
• SEBI regulations
• Capital markets
• MBA or Chartered Accountant or CFA
