About the role

Design and implement a nationwide strategy for sourcing talent from educational institutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), universities, ITIs, polytechnics, and other placement agencies. Develop partnerships with government and private skill development programs.

  • Design and implement a nationwide strategy for sourcing talent from educational institutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), universities, ITIs, polytechnics, and other placement agencies
  • Act as the primary liaison between external institutions and internal training teams
  • Ensure alignment of institutional partnerships with organizational hiring goals
  • Drive multiple talent acquisition programs simultaneously with measurable outcomes
