About the role

The Head – Supply Operations will lead the end-to-end management of the eMedic (phlebotomist) supply network responsible for at-home and retail diagnostic collections. The role focuses on ensuring reliable supply availability, building a structured hiring funnel, and maintaining high clinical quality standards across the network.

What you'll do

  • Supply Availability & Workforce Planning
  • Ensure consistent supply availability across At-Home and Retail operations
  • Drive workforce planning to maintain adequate eMedic coverage across hubs and cities
  • Build hub-level skill coverage, ensuring availability of trained eMedics for specialized collections such as pediatric and complex cases
  • Continuously monitor supply deployment and optimize workforce utilization
