Coach leaders on talent development and succession planning 15-18 years of HR experience with significant exposure to both Talent Management and Learning & Development. Opportunity to shape the enterprise talent and leadership agenda for a growing organization. High visibility role partnering closely with the CHRO and senior business leadership.

What you'll do

• Partner directly with the CHRO and business leaders to drive organizational grow
• Design and drive the enterprise talent management strategy
• Lead succession planning and leadership pipeline development across critical roles
• Facilitate talent reviews and identify high-potential talent
• Partner with business leaders on workforce and talent planning
