About the role
The main objective is to develop new products and new technology platforms for the Indian market. This is done by managing technical resources (people, equipment, facilities, FC and intellectual property) within the Technology & Innovation team.
What you'll do
- Ensure that all activities are conducted to the highest standards of Safety
- Efficiently manage and drive a portfolio of product development projects for maximum impact and to ensure full alignment to the regional business strategy
- Projects can be related to exploring applications and markets
- Manage and develop the team to improve the delivery of product innovation projects and maximizes value creation for the business
- Ensure a good connection with platform managers in Tienen and other regions to allow efficient localization of established technologies
What you need
- 15–20 yrs of experience
- IPR
- Portfolio management
- Any graduate
