The Health & Safety Expert shall be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system throughout the execution of the Pumped Storage Project. The expert shall ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, contractual requirements, and international best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
