Health, Safety and Environment Leader - Low Complexity

About the role

This includes establishing the short term and long-term strategic plan for the site to foster continual health, safety and environmental Improvement, leading programs, policies and assessments and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with Cummins internal requirements, applicable health, safety and environmental regulations and industry standards.

What you'll do

• Builds strong relationships across functions to ensure the organization understands their roles and responsibilities and are committed to driving a positive health
• Ensures employees are consulted and given the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures
• Leads hazard identification, environmental aspect identification and risk assessment programs to identify strategic risk improvement opportunities and gaps in health
• Manages planning actions to set targets and objectives for the site and supervises actions through completion
• Develops and maintains support content ensuring it is up to date, controlled and available while adhering to data privacy regulations
