About the role

Application Support and Maintenance - Healthcare Provider(EHR/EMR support analyst) This role needs work from office on all days and shifts as per the 24x7 shift roster from one of the NTT Data offices as Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad Proficiency in template customization, provider preferences, smart tools

What you'll do

Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
Application Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform regular maintenance, patch validation
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations
