About the role

The Vice Principal will support the Principal in the effective management of academic programmes, school administration, teacher performance, student discipline, and parent engagement. The role requires a dynamic educational leader who can ensure high academic standards, strengthen teaching practices, and maintain a safe, disciplined, and student-centred learning environment.

What you'll do

  • Monitor the implementation of the curriculum, lesson plans, and academic calendar
  • Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and achievement of academic targets
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers
  • Monitor students’ academic progress through assessments, examinations, and performance reports
  • Ensure effective implementation of CBSE and Cambridge curriculum requirements, as applicable
