What you'll do

  • 🔹 Drive motor insurance sales and achieve business targets across Odisha
  • 🔹 Build and manage strong relationships with dealers, agents, and channel partners
  • 🔹 Lead, mentor, and manage the motor insurance sales team
  • 🔹 Develop and execute strategic sales plans for motor insurance products
  • 🔹 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
