Direct internal audits to ensure teams are following set process as recommended by the client Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
What you'll do
- Conduct evaluations & RCA to identify areas of improvement
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Prepare, update & validate SOPs
- Prepare periodic reporting & dashboard
What you need
- 2–3 yrs of experience
- Litigation
- Internal audit
- Root cause analysis
- SOP writing
- LLMs
- Any graduate
