About the role

Hiring For Risk Manager – Housing Finance - Mumbai at Lisa HR Consultancy. ECL Model Development & Monitoring.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and validate Expected Credit Loss (ECL) models in line with IND-AS 109
  • Develop PD, LGD, and EAD models using internal data and macroeconomic overlays
  • Ensure periodic back-testing, model recalibration, and documentation
  • Lead the development and annual review of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP)
  • Identify material risks, conduct stress testing, and prepare ICAAP reports for board and regulatory submission
