What you'll do
- Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers
- Improve Customer Experience thru technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning
- Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs
- Take ownership and deliver on the Key performance indicators for business and operations
- Responsible to build customer relationship
What you need
