About the role

IndiaMart looking to hire a Telesales Executive job in Bilaspur for Freshers to expand team in Chhattisgarh, Opportunity to join India's largest online B2B marketplace along with a fast-paced career progression. Ideal candidate will responsible to drive sales activities within assigned region in Chhattisgarh, You will also be responsible calling the Bilaspur customers and answering all their questions related to purchase orders.

What you'll do

  • Firstly, you’ll work as individual contributor
  • Build and manage productive and also professional relationships with Bilaspur clients using telephonic and/or video conversations
  • Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMart
  • Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined
  • Prompt resolution of Chhattisgarh client complaints
