About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospital Manager to oversee operations at 4-star and above properties. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in hotel management, a strong understanding of guest services, and the ability to lead teams efficiently.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the Hotel/Hospitals to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of service
• Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other hotel departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hotel standards, and legal regulations
• Team Leadership & Coordination
• Lead, train, and mentor department heads and staff to achieve operational excellence

What you need

• 5–6 yrs of experience
• Performance management
• BHM or BBA
