Hospitality Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a driven Hospitality Recruiter who understands hospitality roles and can manage end-to-end recruitment while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. If you enjoy fast-paced hiring and international exposure, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles (Waiters, Chefs, Baristas, Housekeeping, Front Office, etc.)
• Source candidates through portals, referrals, databases, and walk-ins
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates as per client requirements
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and client feedback
• Manage documentation, CV formatting, and recruitment trackers

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
