About the role

Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented. Embraces all Touch points of Hyatt. Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented. Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.

What you'll do

• Greet and seat guests, according to the established standards of performance established for the outlet
• Take and manage reservations and table assignments as prescribed by the Outlet Manager
• Follow all telephone usage guidelines, using the guest’s name and standard greetings as prescribed by the Outlet Manager
