About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Hostel Warden (Female). The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Schooling (K-12) department. As a Hostel Warden, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and discipline of male students residing in the hostel.

What you'll do

Supervise and monitor the daily activities of male students in the hostel, ensuring their safety and security at all times
Enforce hostel rules and regulations, maintaining discipline and order among the students
Provide guidance and support to students, addressing any personal or academic issues they may have
Coordinate with the school administration and teaching staff to ensure a conducive learning environment within the hostel
Conduct regular inspections of the hostel premises, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
