Housekeeping Executive - Fairmont Agra

About the role

Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure all guest rooms and public areas maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in accordance with Fairmont's quality guidelines Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff, conducting regular inductions and performance evaluations to foster a culture of excellence and professional development

What you'll do

• Conduct thorough room inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with established cleaning standards and address any deficiencies promptly
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and optimal stock availability
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering departments to address repairs, maintenance issues, and ensure timely resolution of guest-reported concerns
• Respond to guest requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, implementing service recovery measures to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain comprehensive records and reports on housekeeping activities, including occupancy rates, staffing schedules, and maintenance logs
