About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin & Operations to manage day-to-day administrative operations, vendor relationships, office maintenance, and event support. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, negotiation ability, and a hands-on approach to ensuring smooth functioning of office operations.

What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain stock of office stationery and supplies
• Ensure timely restocking to avoid shortages
• Manage existing vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services
• Identify and evaluate new vendors for better quality and cost efficiency
• Negotiate terms and contracts to optimize costs

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• HR operations
• MS Office
• Excel
• Negotiation
• BBA or MBA
