About the role

Critical part of this role is stake holder management including and not limited to Operations Leaders, manpower agency, transportation and canteen vendors etc. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated high level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and work ethic. Consistent effort, commitment and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.

What you'll do

• Ensure HC delivery to business through effective planning, absenteeism assumption and studying external impact like weather, festival etc
• Lead employee connect and engagement: Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity, handle grievance, employee query etc

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• Last-mile delivery
• MS Office
• HRMS
• Excel
• Negotiation
• Any graduate
