HR Associate

About the role

As an HR Associate, the primary responsibility will be to support HR management system, Learning & Development initiatives, and competency development activities in line with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 27001:2022, ESG, SA8000, ISMS and Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs).

What you'll do

• Maintain HR documents and records related to QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS, ESG, SA8000 & CSRs
• Conduct risk assessment for HR functions
• Maintain and update HR procedures and documentation (Level 1, 2, 3 & 4)
• Coordinate with IMS team for audits and compliance activities
• Participate in internal and external audits
