HR Associate

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to join our dynamic team. The HR Associate will be responsible for independently managing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in taking full ownership and is passionate about building a positive workplace culture.

What you'll do

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Coordinate with department managers to understand position requirements and close vacancies at the earliest
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a healthy workplace environment
• Handle all HR administrative tasks such as documentation, compliance tracking, and policy updates

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Labour law

• BBA or MBA
