End-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers Hire for technical roles like Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Project Managers

What you'll do

• Build talent pipelines via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Track hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio)
• Plan engagement activities and culture events
• Run onboarding for new joiners
• Support performance reviews and employee feedback
