About the role

Looking for proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1-3 years of relevant HR experience to join our growing team. You will play a critical role and assist the HR Manager in sourcing talent, managing HR operations, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring a great workplace environment that aligns with our vision of social empowerment.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical role
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update HR records and employee databases
• Support the performance management process
• Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives
