About the role

HR Executive – Employee Engagement & Recruitment We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage employee engagement initiatives, coordinate company activities and events, and support recruitment operations. The role will focus on enhancing employee experience and workplace culture while assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities to meet the organization's hiring needs.

What you'll do

• Employee Engagement & Activities
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, festivals, team outings, and company events
• Organize birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, employee recognition programs, and team-building initiatives
• Maintain an employee engagement calendar and coordinate internal communications
• Conduct employee engagement surveys, collect feedback, and recommend improvements
