About the role

Suggest appropriate improvements and changes in policy and system to management whenever required. To clearly study the business process and understand the manpower needs of all units. Forecast the future demand and supply of manpower, prepare the budget accordingly, establish the same and maintain the budget & Ensure employee costs are maintained within the budgets.

What you'll do

• Facilitate communication meetings of cross functional teams and enable better interaction and understanding between them
• Ensure that the recruitment plan is prepared and the same is compared with the manpower plan
• Responsible for effective implementation of recruitment process such that potential people are recruited and manpower needs are met on time
