What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
• Conduct joining formalities and orientation for new employees
• Maintain healthy employee relations and address queries or grievances
