What you'll do

• Manage payroll, attendance, leaves, CTC fitment, and F&F settlements
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, wages, OT, audits)
• Handle onboarding, confirmations, performance reviews, and exit formalities
• Manage manpower planning with contractors and apprentice programs (NAPS/NATS)
• Support IR, grievance handling, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions
