HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

What you'll do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Post job openings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
• Maintain HR databases and attendance records

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Recruitment
• Naukri RMS

• MBA or B.Com or BBA
