HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive – Compliance to manage statutory HR documentation and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will handle employee records, compliance filings, and HR processes specific to the security and facility management industry.

What you'll do

• Maintain accurate employee records including appointment letters, ID proofs, and attendance
• Handle employee onboarding, exits, and issuance of HR letters (appointment, relieving, experience)
• Support payroll team with statutory deductions and employee benefits
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in HR documentation
