HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment as well as HR operations and will be responsible for supporting the complete employee lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment portals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process

What you need
