HR Generalist/Client Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional who excels in both client account management and employee engagement. You will manage key client relationships while actively supporting and engaging employees deployed on the account to ensure high satisfaction and performance.

What you'll do

• ➡️ Build and manage strong client relationships as the primary point of contact
• ➡️ Drive account performance, delivery metrics, and identify growth opportunities
• ➡️ Partner with HR & delivery teams on employee lifecycle activities, performance discussions, engagement, and well-being initiatives
• ➡️ Ensure operational excellence, timely issue resolution, and contract compliance
• This role provides an excellent opportunity to expand responsibilities across multiple client accounts while gaining exposure to account management, employee experience

What you need
