What you'll do

• Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle Management
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and orientation activities
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, and other employee documentation for new hires, promotions, and transfers
• Manage background verification, employee records, and lifecycle documentation
• Address employee queries promptly, professionally, and accurately
