HR Generalist

About the role

As an HR Generalist, you will support the day-to-day People operations for our growing India Development Center and help manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. You will work closely with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

What you'll do

• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, internal transfers, documentation, and offboarding
• Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are updated in a timely manner
